According to customs, a total of 2.97 million tons of Chinese fertilizers were exported aboard in April, 2021 in which urea with 540,000 tons, ammonium sulfate with 920,000 tons, diamine phosphate with 450,000 tons, ammonium monophosphate with 370,000 tons.

Import of various fertilizers amounted to 1.08 million tons, among which 930,000 tons of potassium chloride and 130,000 tons of three-nutrient compound fertilizers, respectively. From January to April, the cumulative import of potassium chloride amounted to 3.49 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 20.8%. Three-nutrient compound fertilizers amounted to 430,000 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 9.6%.
