1.Brief introduction
· Fertilizer batching & blending &packing system are designed and produced to meet clients specific requirements based on blend complexity (kinds of ingredients,such as powder and granule fertilizer), output (30-70 tons per hour), local climate(work under hard environment) and fertilizers used (powder or granular).
· The weighing system are static weighing scale for 200~300 sacks per hour blending. The flow metering belt scale and loss-in-weight scale are suitable for the big output requirements.
· Operation is controlled by computer with a manual back up system.
· Formulation can be changed rapidly in the manufacturing process to accommodate special orders or customer needs.
