1. Dangerous fertilizers or not
Dangerous goods are the general term of dangerous chemicals and goods. The dangerous chemicals shall be handled in accordance with the requirements of the Announcement No. 129, 2020 of the General Administration of Customs. For no dangerous chemicals but dangerous goods, you should follow the requirements of commodity Inspection Law and its implementation regulations, and issue the performance and packages.

2. Which items should be inspection

Inspection items are its safety, enviorment-protection, quality, quantity and weight and so on.

3. Deal with unquanlified chemical fertilizers

Chemical fertilizers that fail to pass the inspection shall not be exported or imported in accordance with relevant regulations.

4. Implementation date: From 15th, Oct 2021.
