I was often asked on social media: could you tell me how to protect myself from the Covid-19？And today, I would like to share some experiences on my website.

Keep things clean

Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.

If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 75% alcohol.

Avoid close contact with people who are sick.(very important).

Wear surgical masks when go out.

Keep 1.5m distance far from others.

Follow advices that your government gives you.
