Screening Machine
The screening machine is mainly used in the production of blending fertilizers. With a higher screening precision, it is able to screen out powders from BB fertilizers, thus making fertilizers purer, more uniform in granularity and much clearer in grade separation. Beidou has specially researched and developed two types of screening machines: Drum screening machine and vibrating screening machine. Users may choose suitable screening machines according to their blending fertilizer output. The drum screening machine is suitable for screening fertilizers in mass production, while vibrating screening machine is suitable for small-scale production.

Vibrating Screening Machine
Features
1. The eccentric block is used, thus producing a strong excitation force.
2. Simple structure: The beam and screening box are connected with high-strength bolts, making it convenient to maintain.
3. The tyre couplings are used, ensuring a flexible connection and stable operation.
4. With a small amplitude, high frequency and high inclination angle, the screening machine achieves high screening efficiency, maximum processing capacity, long service life and low power consumption and produces little noises.
5. The screen, uniquely designed, is easy to replace (it takes only three to five minutes to replace the screen.)
6. High screening precision, large processing capacity and simple structure
7. The unique design makes the steel wires difficult to wear.
