What is the production capacity of your fertilizer equipment?

Our fertilizer equipment covers a wide capacity range to meet different customer needs: Bulk blending fertilizer (BB fertilizer) equipment: from 3 t/h to 80 t/h. Water-soluble fertilizer equipment: up to 25 t/h. Material options: Carbon steel 304 stainless steel 316 stainless steel Important note: All parts in direct contact with fertilizer are made of high-quality stainless steel for corrosion resistance and long service life. How to Store Fertilizers Properly

1. Keep It Dry Store fertilizers in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Moisture is the main cause of caking and nutrient degradation. 3. Keep Bags Sealed and Off the Floor Seal opened bags tightly after use. Place them on pallets or shelves instead of directly on the floor to prevent moisture absorption. 5. Keep Away from Seeds, Feed, and Food Store fertilizers separately to avoid cross-contamination. Never store them near seeds, animal feed, or human food. 7. Use FIFO (First In, First Out) Use older stock first to avoid long-term storage and nutrient loss. Keep records of production dates and batch numbers.

What Are the Raw Materials Required for BB Fertilizer Production?

BB fertilizer (bulk blending fertilizer) comes in several types, so the raw materials vary. The main ones include: 1. Elemental Fertilizers Nitrogen: urea, ammonium nitrate, ammonium sulfate. Urea is most common — high nitrogen, moderate price, water-soluble. Phosphorus: MAP, DAP, superphosphate. MAP and DAP are widely used for high phosphorus content and good solubility. Potassium: potassium chloride, potassium sulfate. KCl is the main source (high content, low price); K₂SO₄ suits chlorine-sensitive crops. 2. Compound Fertilizers Potassium dihydrogen phosphate, potassium nitrate, etc. They provide multiple nutrients and simplify formula design. 3. Trace Element Particles Borax, zinc sulfate, manganese sulfate, copper sulfate — supplement crop micronutrients. 4. Functional Additives Anti-caking agent: prevents clumping during storage and transport. Slow-release coating: e.g. biodegradable coatings, controls nutrient release. Enhancers: e.g. humic acid, improves fertilizer utilization and crop stress resistance. 5. Other Auxiliary Materials Filler: crushed limestone, adjusts particle size and specific gravity. Coloring agent: distinguishes different formulas or brands.
