Chemical Fertilizer Reduction And Efficiency Improvement Program
Chemical Fertilizer reduction and efficiency improvement program
On April 22, Hubei Department of Agriculture and Rural Areas issued a notice on the issuance of the work plan for reducing chemical fertilizer use and increasing efficiency in 2019, which requires to carry out the zero-growth action of fertilizer use and maintain the negative growth of fertilizer use.
According to the notice, 15 demonstration counties (urban areas) of chemical fertilizer reduction and efficiency improvement will be established in its province this year, and more than 150,000 mu of chemical fertilizer reduction technology service demonstration bases will be built. More than 7,000 soil samples were collected for analysis, and cultivated land quality grade was investigated, evaluated and monitored. Completed more than 350 field trials, updated nutrient data, optimized fertilizer parameters, and improved fertilizer formula.
It is understood that this year throughout the province to agricultural fertilizer as a key task, through the implementation of the project to promote the reduction of fertilizer use, improve fertilizer utilization. It is mainly to carry out demonstration of fertilizer reduction and efficiency improvement in 15 counties (urban areas), accelerate the integrated application of fertilizer reduction and efficiency improvement, green, high-yield and efficient technology model, focus on reducing unreasonable fertilizer input, improve fertilizer utilization efficiency; We will continue to do a good job in field investigation, soil testing, field experiments, formulation release, data development and other basic work related to soil formula fertilization. We will make good use of massive data resources and explore a data sharing mechanism, and strive to achieve a fertilizer utilization rate of over 40% by 2020.
I still remembered that I have post ” Why Should I Have My Soil Tested? “, it also showed you good ways in using soil-testing fertilizer.
