2.Blender/Mixer Machine
We adopt automatic and continuous mixer machine in this fertilizer production line, special designing could not damage the raw fertilizers when mixing. Mixing time is up to 40~60 seconds as each batch.
3.Automatic weighing and packaging machine
After mixing of raw materials, the blended fertilizers will be weighed and packed into a bag with 10kg, 20kg, 50kg. The weighing precision that beidou company did is ±0.5%， this is almost be ignored by fertilizer manufacturers.
